    Tieto

    • Lead a cross-functional India product engineering organization spanning service/change management, DevOps, Core Platform, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Technical Leads and application teams.
    • Own execution and lifecycle across Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management and Interfaces, balancing roadmap delivery, maintenance, production support, service continuity and customer escalations.
    • Act as a second-line leader: coach managers and team leads, set accountability, develop future leaders and strengthen delegation, succession and team capability.
    • Represent PPF as India SPOC; align engineering priorities with product and business goals and work with customers, onsite leaders and senior stakeholders.

AI managerial responsibilities
